Traducci\u00f3n al castellano Helen Torres.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/380086782\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proyecto parte de una auto-experimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica sobre condylomata acuminata, una ITS (infecci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n sexual) producida por el HPV (Virus del Papiloma Humano) y con el cual convive una de las componentes de Quimera Rosa. El trabajo se basa en la elaboraci\u00f3n de protocolos y herramientas necesarias para el uso de terapia fotodin\u00e1mica (PDT) para tratar condilomas de forma DIY\/DIWO. La PDT es una t\u00e9cnica muy poco invasiva con grandes resultados sobre c\u00e1nceres localizados y enfermedades de piel, aplicando un proceso de fotos\u00edntesis en el cuerpo humano. Pero al tratarse de una t\u00e9cnica reciente es todav\u00eda de dif\u00edcil acceso, cuando su uso comunitario podr\u00eda aplicarse f\u00e1cilmente en casos externos como el de los condilomas, y as\u00ed poder avanzar en liberar esta t\u00e9cnica para enfermedades m\u00e1s graves. Los protocolos est\u00e1n bien documentados y accesibles y hay ya un consenso cient\u00edfico de que \u201cPDT can be considered a highly effective and safe treatment option for anogenital condylomata acuminata\u201d (http:\/\/www.ijidonline.com\/arti).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro principal objetivo es abrir la caja negra, como dicen les hackers o de abrir la p\u00edldora (Open the Pill) como dec\u00edan les activistas afectados por el SIDA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de replicar y hacer accesible los conocimientos en una web; lo cual podr\u00eda servir para centros comunitarios de salud, para personas que se encuentran excluidas del sistema p\u00fablico, pero tambi\u00e9n, para centros de salud de pa\u00edses donde el HPV est\u00e1 todav\u00eda m\u00e1s expandido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, queremos desde el lado art\u00edstico y mediante la dimensi\u00f3n performativa de la auto-experimentaci\u00f3n, formar localmente una masa cr\u00edtica de usuaries \/ expertes (entendiendo a les usuaries como expertes). Aspiramos a la constituci\u00f3n de un grupo plural que haga aparecer las interseccionalidades en juego en las enfermedades de transmisi\u00f3n sexual como el HPV. Dando herramientas para no contraponer, o m\u00e1s bien poner en di\u00e1logo creativo, los cuidados, la prevenci\u00f3n y el contagio con sexualidades abyectas y m\u00faltiples.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata, tambi\u00e9n, de generar conocimientos que rompan con los tab\u00faes relacionados con el cuerpo enfermo. Un cuerpo siempre es un cuerpo enfermo y, al considerar la enfermedad como parte de la vida misma, \u00e9sta puede ser utilizada como herramienta creativa para deconstruir los procesos de normalizaci\u00f3n producidos por la noci\u00f3n de cuerpo sano.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acerca del HPV<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&gt; El virus del papiloma humano representa una de las enfermedades de transmisi\u00f3n sexual m\u00e1s comunes.<br \/>\n&gt; Existen m\u00e1s de 100 tipos virales<br \/>\n&gt; La mayor\u00eda de los VPH descritos no causan ning\u00fan s\u00edntoma en la mayor parte de la gente<br \/>\n&gt; Algunos tipos de VPH pueden causar verrugas o condilomas (VPH 6 y 11), mientras otros pueden generar infecciones subcl\u00ednicas, que pueden (en una minor\u00eda de casos) dar lugar a c\u00e1ncer cervical, de vulva, vagina, ano y pene.<br \/>\n&gt; Los tipos de VPH 16, 18, 31, 45, son carcin\u00f3genos de alto riesgo oncol\u00f3gico. Los tipos 33, 35, 39, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59 y 66 lo son pero no tanto.<br \/>\n&gt; Entre treinta y cuarenta tipos de VPH se transmiten normalmente por contacto sexual e infectan la regi\u00f3n anogenital.<br \/>\n&gt; La infecci\u00f3n persistente con algunos tipos de VPH transmitidos sexualmente denominados de \u00abalto riesgo\u00bb (diferentes de los que causan verrugas) puede evolucionar y producir lesiones precancerosas y c\u00e1ncer invasivo.<br \/>\n&gt; La mayor parte de la gente infectada por VPH desconoce que lo est\u00e1.<br \/>\n&gt; La mayor parte de las infecciones con VPH en j\u00f3venes son temporales, y tienen poca importancia a largo plazo. El 70\u00a0% de las infecciones desaparecen en 1 a\u00f1o y el 90\u00a0% en 2 a\u00f1os.<br \/>\n&gt; La infecci\u00f3n con VPH es la causa principal de casi todos los casos de c\u00e1ncer cervical, aunque en la mayor parte de las infecciones con este tipo de virus no se produce ninguna patolog\u00eda.<br \/>\n&gt; No tengas miedo, sean las que sean tus pr\u00e1cticas sexuales, haciendo una citolog\u00eda cada 3 a\u00f1os puedes evitar cualquier desarrollo cancer\u00edgeno del virus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&gt; Existen test DIY para detectar el HPV y mucha informaci\u00f3n documentada. El colaboratorio tiene como objetivo re-visitar, re-pensar, co-dise\u00f1ar y desarrollar procesos, herramientas y tecnolog\u00edas de exploraci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica, desde una perspectiva feminista y poniendo el foco en la diagnosis low cost para la autogesti\u00f3n de la salud. En esta presentaci\u00f3n buscamos, a partir del di\u00e1logo y preguntas del p\u00fablico, pensar posibles miradas no binarias acerca del HPV<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/213344672\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grupo de trabajo<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queremos desde el lado art\u00edstico y mediante la dimensi\u00f3n performativa de la auto-experimentaci\u00f3n, formar localmente una masa critica de usuaries \/ expertes (entendiendo a les usuaries como expertes). El hecho de exponer un cuerpo enfermo mediante esta forma puede permitir a personas, que por la dimensi\u00f3n sexual del virus, no se atreven a hablar, cuando es la primera condici\u00f3n para una prevenci\u00f3n eficaz y un empoderamiento frente a la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de constituir este grupo, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a colectivos cuyo acceso a la salud p\u00fablica es complicado cuando no imposible como trabajadoras sexuales, personas LGTBIQ, migrantes sin papeles, muchas de las cuales estamos muy expuestas al virus. Y que este grupo incluya tambi\u00e9n cient\u00edficos, personal de salud, poderes p\u00fablicos, y poder quiz\u00e1s influir en la introducci\u00f3n de la PDT en ambulatorios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el objetivo de generar una comunidad de usuaries \/ expertes, los #JuevesAbiertos se desarrollaron en el marco de las residencias que tuvimos a lo largo del a\u00f1o 2017 en el WetLab de Hangar.
